
How it works
Moving for your Mind is all about setting your own personal movement challenge for the month of February. Decide how you want to move - or even challenge yourself to a new type of movement every day! - and set your goal. Whether it's learning a new activity, setting a new personal best for running, swimming or cycling, or even just replacing driving to the shop with walking, the more you move, the better your body and mind!
If you can't physically take part in the challenge, why not encourage a friend, family member or colleague to join and donate to their fundraising efforts.
When you get Moving for your Mind this February you'll be supporting better mental health for yourself and others. Every dollar raised will help fund life-changing mental health services at Lutheran Services in South-east Queensland. Read more about our programs here.
How to make a move

Commit
Decide how you want to move. Walk more, take up salsa dancing, join dragon boating, play golf...get creative! Anything that gets you Moving for your Mind.

Set your goal
Set yourself a challenging goal - the more you move, the better your body and mind!

Sign up
Register as an individual, as a team (competing against other teams), or as an organisation.

Share
Share your goal with family and friends and encourage them to sponsor you. And remember, every donation means more life-changing mental health services for people in South-east Queensland.
